Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) has launched its Environment Month 2025 campaign under the theme “Sustainable Resource Management Drive,” blending corporate responsibility with human impact. Embracing ‘Zero-Base Thinking’ and the 4Rs—Refuse, Recycle, Reuse, and Reduce—the initiative aims to nurture a culture of sustainability through grassroots engagement and forward-thinking innovation.
With milestones like 100% renewable electricity in operations, 96% waste recyclability, and nearly 90% water reuse, TKM’s journey over 25 years has been one of transformation. Its 25-acre ‘Ecozone’ has educated over 42,000 students and stakeholders, instilling environmental values in young minds. The “TKM Sustainable Hub 2025” will host community-focused events such as Green Expos, student-led upcycling projects, and clean technology showcases.
The campaign has sparked growing interest among families and students. Toyota dealerships are collaborating with local schools for tree plantation drives and eco-learning programs. Customers are increasingly drawn to hybrid vehicles and sustainable lifestyle options, reflecting a shift in consumer mindset.
