Amazon India today announced the expansion of its Smartchoice program to include tablets, following its remarkable success in the laptop category. The Smartchoice program, which contributed to one in every four laptops sold on Amazon.in in 2024, aims to simplify tech purchases by offering expert-curated recommendations based on specific customer needs.
With the tablet category registering a robust 26% year-over-year growth in 2024, the expanded Smartchoice initiative will feature top-rated models from leading brands such as Samsung, Lenovo, Asus, Honor, Acer, and HP. The program segments devices by usage—ranging from education and entertainment to gaming and professional use—and validates performance through independent technical benchmarks.
