New Delhi, Mar 26 Silver prices rose by Rs 539 to Rs 99,692 per kg on Wednesday as participants increased their bets.
Silver contracts for May delivery rose by Rs 539, or 0.54 percent, to Rs 99,692 per kg on the Multi Commodity Exchange in a business turnover of 19,357 lots.
Analysts said fresh deals by participants led to the rise in silver prices.
Globally, silver was trading 0.21 percent higher at $34.26 per ounce in New York.
