Addressing the media after the recent Assembly session, Chief Minister Prem Singh Golay emphasized his administration’s commitment to prioritizing key infrastructure sectors. “Our main focus will be on Bijli, Pani, and Sadak, collectively coined as BiPaSa,” Golay announced, referring to electricity, water, and roads. He also reaffirmed the government’s dedication to improving health and education, mirroring efforts made during the previous tenure.
When questioned about the announcement of portfolios for the 12 ministers, Golay assured, “By this evening, everyone will be informed about the ministerial portfolios. I am sure the media has already started speculating about which minister will oversee which department.”
