In a bid to streamline the upcoming Yuva Bharosa Sammelan at the constituency level, Chief Minister Mr. Prem Singh Tamang convened a coordination meeting with Heads of Departments (HODs) and officers from various departments at Samman Bhawan. Addressing the gathering, the Chief Minister highlighted the need for improved public convenience, particularly in light of previous overcrowding issues during the attempted event on February 29. To mitigate such challenges, he revealed the implementation of a new plan and emphasized the formation of dedicated teams for each constituency, comprising MLAs, party workers, and relevant department officers.
Expressing his keenness to personally distribute the orders, CM Tamang acknowledged his hectic schedule and entrusted his officers with the task on behalf of the state government. He extended his congratulations to all new appointees and urged them to serve with dedication for the welfare of the people of Sikkim.Mr. Rinzing Chewang Bhutia, Secretary of the Department of Personnel (DOP), outlined the logistical arrangements, detailing the involvement of a designated officer or staff member from the DOP in each constituency to handle orders.
He underscored that orders would be distributed directly to candidates, with any surplus to be returned to the DOP. Additionally, Bhutia reminded new appointees to commence their duties on March 11 and instructed those without specified postings to report to the head office, ensuring a smooth transition and effective utilization of manpower.
