redBus announces its partnership with Sikkim Nationalized Transport

RedBus has partnered with Sikkim Nationalised Transport (SNT), a state-owned bus transport corporation, to offer passengers a seamless and convenient booking experience. The partnership will initially feature 25 SNT Services on the redBus platform, with plans to incorporate additional private undertaking services.

SNT, powered by redBus GDS, aims to enable travelers to easily book their bus tickets online for inter and intra-state travel in the region. Manoj Agarwala, Chief Business Officer of redBus, expressed excitement at the partnership, stating that it signifies a shift towards enhancing accessibility and convenience for travelers in the region.

SNT operates on 75 routes, including major ones like Siliguri, Gangtok, Namchi, Pakyong, Rumtek, and Machong. Passengers can choose from various service types, including Ordinary, A/C Deluxe, and A/C Super Deluxe coaches. The partnership signifies a new era of convenience and sustainability in bus travel in Sikkim, with increased seat availability, the introduction of electric vehicles, and a wide array of routes. The partnership empowers passengers with diverse routes, increased convenience, and an extensive inventory, ensuring a superior travel experience across Sikkim and beyond.
