SEBI, along with NSE and BSE, has established an Investor Service Centre in Gangtok to serve the needs of investors in Sikkim’s securities markets. The center, managed by NSE, offers query resolution, complaint resolution, and assistance in filing complaints on the SEBI Scores Portal and the Smart ODR Portal. NSE MD & CEO Shri Ashishkumar Chauhan announced that the Investor Service Centre will handle investor complaints against listed corporate entities and registered intermediaries in the securities market.
The ISC center in Gangtok will also provide learning, interaction, and knowledge sessions on investment-related products and queries, such as Mutual Funds, Exchange Traded Funds, Sovereign Gold Bonds, Real Estate Investment Trusts, and Infrastructure Investment Trusts.
The center is open to all investors interested in learning, understanding, and investing in the securities market. The center will also conduct investor awareness programs in states.
