Trishakti Corps conducts medical outreach program at Gairkata, Jalpaiguri

Gairkata, Jalpaiguri: Trishakti Corps, in its ongoing commitment to community welfare, organized a medical camp for pre-primary students of Shri Ajoy Ghosh Memorial Government School on February 16, 2024. A dedicated team of Army doctors provided comprehensive medical and dental check-ups for over 150 students, with additional laboratory tests conducted as deemed necessary by the medical professionals. Furthermore, deworming doses and prescribed medications were dispensed to students free of charge.

In addition to medical services, the Trishakti Corps team conducted an engaging lecture titled ‘Healthy and Happy: Way of Life’ to educate students on the importance of adopting healthy habits. The initiative aimed to empower young minds with the knowledge and tools necessary for maintaining overall well-being.

As a gesture of support and encouragement, the Army team also distributed stationary items to the students, which were warmly received by the enthusiastic young learners.
