Addressing the need for constant support, CDSL announced the ‘CDSL Buddy Sahayta 24*7’ chatbot, proficient in four languages. “This is a significant leap in enhancing investor assistance, ensuring real-time solutions round the clock,” stated Shri Nehal Vora, MD & CEO. Collaborating with KPMG, CDSL unveiled a Thought Leadership Report on ‘Reimagine Digital Trust in Capital Markets.’ “This report reflects our commitment to cybersecurity and understanding digital trust,” said Shri Nehal Vora.
